Patient information about The Mandeville Practice – Change in Provider.
On 1 April 2016 The Practice U Surgeries were awarded an interim contract to provide primary medical care services at The Mandeville Practice which will end on 31 March 2018, NHS Aylesbury Vale & NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have been working to find a provider to continue offering primary medical services to patients. We can now confirm that following a successful procurement process, the CCG have awarded the contract for the provision of primary care medical services at The Mandeville Practice to Primary Care Management Solutions (PCMS). This contract will start on 1 April 2018. PCMS will now begin to work with The CCG and The Practice U Surgeries to develop a plan to ensure a smooth transition of services for patients.
Although there will be a change in practice organisation, the services patients currently receive from The Mandeville Practice will continue to be delivered by many of the existing practice staff. You do not need to re-register or take any specific action; services will continue to be provided as usual from The Mandeville Practice and will be transferred seamlessly to PCMS on 1 April 2016.
