Face Coverings are Mandatory in the Practice

FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY — EVEN AFTER 19.07.2021

With the easing of restrictions from 19.07.20221, we would like to remind patients that in accordance with current NHS guidelines for healthcare facilities our policy regarding face coverings will not be changing, and we ask that all patients abide by this. Please consider whether your visit to our surgery is necessary and use our website services where appropriate, appointments offered are either telephone, video or face to face if clinically indicated.

As per the government guidelines, all patients aged 11 or over visiting Mandeville Practice will need to provide their own face covering to be worn at all times whilst inside the surgery. The exceptions are: children under the age of 11, people with disabilities,  those with breathing difficulties,  those who are attending with someone who relies on lip reading.
