Upcoming Event: Saturday Sessions on Diabetes Management

We understand that managing diabetes can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our Saturday sessions are designed to provide you with the support, knowledge, and tools you need to effectively manage your diabetes.

What to Expect:

  • Educational Workshops: Learn about the latest in diabetes management, including diet, exercise, and medication.
  • Expert Guidance: Our experienced healthcare professionals will be available to answer your questions and provide personalized advice.
  • Transition to Dexcom: Discover how continuous glucose monitoring with Dexcom can transform your diabetes management. We’ll guide you through the transition process, from understanding how Dexcom works to setting up and using your device.
  • Community Support: Connect with other patients who are going through similar experiences. Share your stories, challenges, and successes in a supportive environment.
